Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant for the intake department answers phone calls from clients and helps them through the therapy intake process. This is a very busy position.

The employee must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record experience is strongly preferred.

Ideal for someone who has good communication skills (both phone and email) and is professional, kind, and compassionate.

40 hours/week.  $20-$22/hour plus benefits.

The Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute, a growing Northampton, MA-based nonprofit, is an international leader in developing effective, well-tolerated, and efficient trauma therapies for children, teens and adults. We’re also an international leader in training therapists as well as providing intensive trauma-focused therapy.


We’re looking for a full-time trauma therapist to provide intensive trauma-focused psychotherapy using our treatment model.  Positions open in Wilmington, NC and Sonoma County, CA. Preference for candidates with trauma therapy training and experience, but all will be considered.
