MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST/CLINICIAN

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver trauma therapy intensives, typically ranging from 3 to 10 days per client
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with our intensive model
  • Build strong therapeutic rapport and support client readiness through attachment and grounding work
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
  • Participate in supervision and clinical collaboration
  • Contribute to organizational projects and professional development activities

Qualifications

  • Active licensure (or license-eligible) as a psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
  • Commitment to cultural humility and working with diverse populations
  • Interest in long-term professional growth within a mission-driven organization

Prior experience or training in trauma therapy is preferred but not required. All clinicians receive comprehensive training and supervision upon hiring.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $48,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience
  • 27 days of PTO annually, plus 6 paid holidays
  • Monthly reimbursement of up to $700 for qualifying health insurance
  • Extensive training opportunities provided at no cost, including EMDR and Progressive Counting
  • Structured supervision and clinical support
